Initiate Your Request
Log into your APM account or visit our online return portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your authorization number.
Package Your Jewelry
Place the jewelry in its original signature packaging, including all certificates and tags, to ensure the items are protected during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Drop Off and Refund
Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
